Eligibility
You must hold a valid Class 5A Driver’s License.
Our service is designed only for road test appointments and may not be used for general driving or practice before/after the test.
Booking & Cancellation
All bookings must be made through our website.
Booking & Cancellation Cancellations must be requested by email. If cancelled 48 hours or more before the appointment, you will receive a full refund. If cancelled within 24–48 hours, you will receive a 50% refund. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, no refund will be issued.
Insurance & Safety
All vehicles are fully insured and meet MPI (Manitoba Public Insurance) requirements for road tests.
Vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure road-test readiness and safety.
Privacy & Support
Your personal information is used solely to complete bookings and will never be shared without your consent.

Liability
Rentocar is not responsible for missed tests due to:
Late arrival by the customer
Forgotten/missing documents (e.g. license, test confirmation)
If your test is canceled by MPI or weather-related issues, we will reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
Test Day Instructions
To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, please follow these guidelines:
Arrival Time:
If you’re meeting us at the test center: Arrive at least 15 minutes early.
If you’ve selected home pick-up: Be outside and ready 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
Car Hand-Off:
You will receive the vehicle directly at the test center.
After your road test, please return the keys immediately to the driver.
🚫 Do not leave personal items inside the vehicle
📵 No phone use is allowed inside the car during the road test
🧾 Your booking confirmation email serves as your receipt
